Day1 Bangkok-Ayuthaya-Saraburi-Lopburi (L,D)
Transfer to Bang-Pa-In to visit magnificent summer palace of King Rama V. Continue to Ayuthaya, former capital of Thailand. Visit Wat Mongkol Borpith, Wat Phra Srisanpetch and Wat Yai Chai Mongkol. Continue via Saraburi to Phra Buddha Badh and it’s shrine of Lord Buddha’s holy footprint. Proceed to Lopburi. Visit Prang Sam Yod (Sa-cred Three Pagoda) and the Monkey Temple. Check in at Felix Panasiri Resort. Dinner and accommodations.
Day2 Lopburi-Suphanburi-U Thong-Kanchanaburi (B,L,D)
Breakfast, Depart for Kanchanaburi via Suphanburi and U Thong. Short stop to visit Wat Pa Le Lai in Suphanburi, Arrive Kanchanaburi. Visit JEATH museum, a realistic depiction of prisoner of war (POW) camp containing photographic, pictorial and physical memorabilia from World War II. Also visit Allied War Cemetery, resting-place for over 6,000 Allied POWs, plus the world-famous bridge ove the River Kwai, a part of the Death Railway constructed by Allied POWs. Lunch at River Kwai Restaurant. Continue with visit of Prasat Muang Singh, a Khmer style ninth-century temple. Depart for Kanchanaburi and check in at River Kwai Resotel. After noon free. Dinner and accommodations.
Day3 Kanchaburi-Nakorn Pathom (B,L,D)
Breakfast, visit Kang Lava Cave for an interesting visit to the fantastic stone formations of one of the most beautiful caves in Thailand. Lunch at Restaurant. Continue to Nam Tok Station, terminal of Thailand-Burma railway. Take a ride on world famous “Death Railway” through magnificent scenery, passing over the original wooden viacuck construed by Allied Pows. Arrive in Kanchanaburi. Proceed to Nakorn Pathom to visit tallest pagoda in Southeast Asia. Check in at Rose Garden Country Resrt. Dinner and accommodations.
Day4 Nakorn Pathom-Ratchburi-Petchburi-Samutsakorn-Bangkok (B,L)
Depart for Ratchburi to visit local pottery factory. Continue south to Petchburi to visit famous Khao Luang cave with its many much-wor-shipped Buddha statues. Visit WAt Ko Kew Sutharam-well known for its unusual and well-preserved frescoes, and Wat Kamphaeng Leng. Then climb hill to visit nineteenth-cnetury palace of King Mongkut. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to Samutsakorn, one ot Thailand’s busiest fishing ports. Visit farmhouse along way producing sugar form sugar palms. Stool through local market in Samutsakorn. Proceed to Bangkok for your hotel.
